  • How does the Bikram Yoga Zurich Loyalty Rewards program work?

    Here’s how it works:


    Earn points for your yoga activities – such as attending classes, referring friends, or taking part in special promotions.

    Once you’ve collected enough points, you can redeem them for great rewards, including:

    • 150 points = CHF 5.– shop credit
    • 2,800 points = CHF 100.– discount on an Abo

  • How can I sign up?

    • As a customer of Bikram Yoga Zurich, you’ll automatically receive an email once you’ve collected your first points.

    👉 Even easier via the Branded App:

    • On the home screen, tap “Perkville – Bikram Yoga Zurich Loyalty Rewards Sign Up.”
    • Tap “Mehr Sehen” (“see more”) and register with the same email address you use for your Mindbody account.
    • This ensures Perkville and Mindbody are properly connected.
    • After registration, you can view and manage your points and rewards anytime via the “Perkville” link under More in the Branded App.

  • How do I earn perks?

    Your points will be automatically recorded via the email address you have provided us with.

    You collect points through valid activities at Bikram Yoga Zurich—e.g., class attendance, recommendations from friends, and more.

    The more often you come and the more friends you refer, the faster your points will grow!


  • How to redeem your Perkville rewards?

    • Step 1: Create your voucher in your Perkville account – the easiest way is via the Branded App, under the Perkville tab.

    👉 Small vouchers (CHF 5.– / CHF 20.– for shop items)

    • Show the created voucher at the studio (digital or printed).
    • Our FrontDesk team scans and redeems it in Perkville, then deducts the amount at checkout.

    👉 Large vouchers (CHF 50.– / CHF 100.– membership discount)

    • Once you create the voucher in the app, an email is automatically sent to Studio Management.
    • Within 24 hours, we will transfer the value as account credit to your customer profile and mark the voucher as redeemed in Perkville.
    • You can then use your account credit online for memberships or at the studio.

  • How does the “Bring a Friend” program work?

    In your Perkville account, click “Refer a Friend” and enter your referral’s email address.  

    As soon as your friend visits Bikram Yoga Zurich and collects points with this exact email address,

     you will automatically receive your referral bonus.
