In 2024, I made my dream come true and completed the Teacher Training. Bikram Yoga has been a part of my life since 2010. A practice that never fails to inspire and ground me. The 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises, always the same, create a space where I can let go of everything and focus entirely on myself. Through this practice, I’ve learned to observe myself with patience and kindness. Along the way, I’ve experienced deep changes in my body and discovered new flexibility, calmness, and a renewed joy for life.
