My first Bikram Yoga class was in 2011 at Bikram Yoga Zürich.

It was very challenging, but the feeling after class was indescribable!

After a long break and many changes in my life, I found my way back to Bikram Yoga and decided to complete the Teacher Training so I could share this healing practice with others.

Every class is unique, even though the asanas and sequence remain the same.

Bikram Yoga helps me calm my "monkey mind" and strengthens me not only physically but also mentally.
